Krishnik Khari Ball, better known in the music industry as Takeoff, was a member of the cool hip-hop trio Migos, along with partners Quavo and Offset.
Takeoff was known for his insane beats and ability to create groovy music out of thin air. He was an extremely talented and versatile performer who wore colored glasses and a lot of bling in genre-appropriate fashion.
His musical journey was full of twists and turns, with him belting out one popular hip-hop song after another. Since the beginning of his music career in 2009, when he founded the group, he has released singles and mix tapes.
His breakthrough did not occur until 2013, and his popularity only increased after that.

Kirshnik Ball was always interested in music as a child. Beginning in seventh grade, he began belting out cool beats and developing unique rhythms.
Friends and family recognized his natural talent as he performed at gatherings or at school in random performances, but he had no idea he would pursue music as a career at the time.
His uncle, Quavious Keyate Marshall, and cousin Kiari Kendrell Cephus approached him in 2009 to form this hip-hop trio after being impressed by his raw talent. Ball agreed, and the three of them formed the Polo Club group.
Quavious changed his name to Quavo, Kiari changed his name to Offset, and Krishnik changed his name to Takeoff. The trio made sporadic stage appearances throughout Georgia and produced mediocre music. Takeoff still didn’t take music very seriously.
