Victoria Lee, a rising star in mixed martial arts, has died at the age of 18. She was the youngest competitor in the ONE Championship.
What Happened to Victoria Lee?
On January 7, 2023, older sister Angela Lee announced via Instagram that Victoria Lee died on December 26, 2022, at the age of 18.
This is what she said;
“On December 26, 2022, our family experienced something no family should ever have to go through…It is incredibly difficult to say this…Our Victoria passed away. She has gone too soon and our family has been completely devastated since then. We miss her. More than anything in this world. Our family will never be the same. Life will never be the same.
“Victoria was the most beautiful soul who ever lived. She was the best little sister in the world. The best daughter, the best granddaughter, and the best godman/aunty to Ava and Alia. We miss you so much, sis. More than you could ever realize. We’re all broken. Because a piece of you was in each of us and when you left, those pieces were ripped out of us. We will never be the same.
“Every little thing makes me think of you. From the sun’s rays to the sunset. You taught us to see the beauty in the simple things. You were our bright light. Our sunshine. And that will never change. You were perfect in every way. The best person I knew. The most beautiful girl, inside and out. We love you Victoria. I love you, Sprout. Until the end of time.”

At the age of 16, Lee signed a deal to compete in the ONE Championship’s Atomweight class on September 30, 2020. She fought for the first time on February 26, 2021, in the ONE Championship 129: Fists Of Fury event, winning over Sunisa Srisan in the second round.
She engaged in her second bout on July 30, 2021, against Wang Luping in the ONE Championship: Battleground competition, which she was able to take out via triangle armbar in the first frame.
On September 24, 2021, Lee fought Victoria Souza in ONE Championship 143: Revolution. She used to ground and pound to win the fight in the second round.
Lee won the IMMAF Junior World Championship twice, the Hawaiian Pankration Junior World Championship once, and the Hawaii State Wrestling Championship once.
